Event Registration & Check-In Software · In Development

Eventide

From registration to check-in, keep the attendee journey connected. Eventide is EJOY’s event registration and attendee operations platform designed to connect registration, RSVP, attendee information, communications, QR credentials and venue check-in within one structured event workflow.

Product status: In Development. Registration, RSVP and attendee-record foundations are part of the current development product, and digital credential work has progressed through its development milestone. Communications provider activation and the broader check-in/event-operations rollout are still in progress, so this page does not present the full roadmap as production-ready.

Event Management & Attendee Operations Platform

One platform for the attendee journey.

Instead of managing registration data, attendee lists, credentials and venue operations across disconnected tools, Eventide is designed to keep the attendee journey connected to the event from the first registration through event-day operations.

01

Registration

Collect event-specific attendee information in a structured workflow.

02

RSVP

Track invitation responses and expected attendance where the event uses RSVP.

03

Attendee Management

Keep attendee records connected to the relevant event.

04

Communication

Connect event messages to attendee and event information as provider-backed communication becomes operational.

05

QR Credential

Associate the attendee with a digital event credential within the authorised workflow.

06

Check-In

Validate the credential and record attendance as the venue workflow is completed.

07

Event Operations

Keep operational activity connected to the event and attendee record.

08

Reporting

Build towards clearer event-operational records from connected attendee activity.

Event Registration

Start with structured attendee information.

Create event-specific registration workflows and collect the information required from attendees. Registration can be organised around different attendee types, categories and event requirements so attendee records remain connected to the event rather than being maintained across independent lists.

RSVP Management

Know who is coming.

For invitation-based events, Eventide is being developed to support RSVP workflows that help organisers track confirmed attendance and non-attendance before the event. This gives event teams a clearer view of expected participation without turning RSVP into a separate disconnected list.

Attendee Management

Keep attendee information structured.

Maintain attendee records within each event using information relevant to that event, such as attendee identity, company, category, type and other configured fields. The attendee record becomes the operational foundation for registration, communications, credentials and check-in.

Attendee Categories

Organise different guest groups clearly.

Where configured, attendee groups can be organised for workflows such as general attendees, VIPs, employees, delegates, speakers, exhibitors or staff. These are examples rather than fixed categories; the event structure determines how attendee groups are used.

Event Communications

Connect communication to the event journey.

Eventide is being developed so event communication can remain connected to attendee and event information instead of operating as a completely separate process. Use cases can include registration confirmation, RSVP messages, event information, reminders and credential delivery.

Current status: communication-provider integration is still being completed and is not presented here as a fully live production capability.

QR Event Credentials

A digital credential connected to the attendee record.

Eventide’s credential workflow is designed to associate an attendee with a unique QR-based event credential. Within the authorised workflow, the credential can be validated against the event record so staff can work with only the attendee information required for the operation.

No claim is made that a QR credential independently proves the physical identity of the person presenting it.

QR Check-In

Move from manual search towards a connected venue workflow.

The check-in workflow is being developed around direct validation of the attendee credential against the Eventide event record.

01 · PRESENT

Guest presents the QR credential.

The attendee presents the credential associated with the event workflow.

02 · VALIDATE

Eventide validates the credential.

The authorised system checks the credential against the relevant event record.

03 · RECORD

Relevant information appears and check-in is recorded.

Once the workflow is production-ready, staff can use the validated record to complete the supported attendance action.

Check-In & Check-Out

Track attendance state when the event requires it.

Eventide is being developed to support events that need an attendance-state workflow such as Outside → Check-In → Inside → Check-Out → Outside. For simpler events, the workflow can remain focused on check-in rather than forcing unnecessary exit processing.

The software records the credential and workflow state. It does not independently verify which physical person presented a credential.

Attendance History

Build a clearer operational attendance record.

Where the configured workflow records attendee interactions, Eventide is designed to maintain operational records such as successful check-ins, check-outs and current attendance state instead of relying on manually maintained attendance sheets.

Role-Based Event Operations

Give each event role the access it needs.

Different event-team members do not necessarily need the same information or controls. Eventide is being developed around controlled operational access so authorised staff can work with the information relevant to their responsibilities. Specific public roles and permission sets will be documented only when release-ready.

Built Around Individual Events

Keep records and operations tied to the right event.

Eventide keeps attendee records, event configuration, credentials and operational activity associated with the relevant event, giving organisations a clearer structure than disconnected spreadsheets or one generic attendee list.

Designed for Structured Event Operations

Useful across different controlled attendee workflows.

Eventide is positioned as software for event operations rather than as a local managed-service landing page.

BUSINESS EVENTS

Corporate events, product launches and partner meets

Organise invitation, registration and attendee operations around a defined guest journey.

CONFERENCES

Conferences, summits and exhibitions

Structure attendee data, categories, credentials and venue operations around the event.

CONTROLLED GUEST LISTS

Employee and private invite-only events

Keep the event record connected from pre-event registration through event-day attendance handling.

Custom Event Workflows

Adapt the workflow to the event.

Not every event needs the same registration, RSVP, credential or attendance process. Eventide is being designed so the attendee journey can be configured around the operational needs of the event rather than forcing every event into one fixed flow.

Why Eventide

One event. One connected attendee journey.

Event operations often become fragmented across forms, spreadsheets, guest lists, communication tools, QR passes and venue check-in systems. Eventide is being designed around a connected approach where attendee identity and event operations remain linked from registration through event day.

FAQ

Questions about Eventide.

Answers below reflect the current development status rather than presenting the complete roadmap as released.

What is event registration software?

Event registration software helps organisers collect attendee information and manage registration records for an event.

What is Eventide?

Eventide is EJOY’s event registration and attendee operations platform designed to connect registration, RSVP, attendee records, communications, QR credentials and event-day check-in within one event workflow.

Can Eventide create QR credentials?

Digital credential work is part of the current development product. Eventide is designed to associate an attendee with a unique QR-based event credential used within the authorised event workflow. Public release behaviour will be documented when the complete credential and venue workflow is release-ready.

Can Eventide manage event check-in?

QR and attendee check-in are part of the Eventide product direction and active development. The page does not present the broader venue check-in workflow as a finished public release yet.

Can Eventide support RSVP events?

RSVP is part of the current registration and attendee-management development foundation, allowing invitation-based events to organise expected attendance within the event workflow.

Can Eventide track check-in and check-out?

Attendance-state tracking is being developed for events that require it. Where enabled, the workflow can record check-in/check-out state; it records credential and workflow state rather than independently proving the physical identity of the person presenting a credential.

Can different attendee types be managed?

Eventide is designed around event-specific attendee organisation. Where configured, attendee groups can be used to separate different event categories without assuming a fixed universal set of categories.

Does Eventide send event communications?

Communication workflows are part of the platform direction, but the provider-backed communication integration is still being completed and is not presented as a fully live public production feature.

Can Eventide be configured for different events?

Yes, Eventide is being designed around event-specific configuration so registration, attendee information and operational workflows can be structured around the needs of each event. Exact public configuration controls will be documented at release.

Need EJOY to manage the operation?

Looking for managed registration and check-in at your event?

The EJOY Experiences website covers managed event registration and check-in services. This Eventide page stays focused on the software product.
